Great guesthouse in Österlen

Cozy and family b&b in Österlen. Good breakfast, good breakfast. I stayed two nights in August. Highly recommended!

Bed and Books literary oasis B&B

This oasis on Österlen is a B&B but so much more. Comfortable beds in themed rooms from the literary world, fantastic breakfast, nice environment but above all a tremendous calm under the guidance of a hostess who must love every minute as a hostess. It's like being home when you're gone. All this at a reasonable price tag. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at Bed and Books in Glemminge. The B&B is located in a beautiful area and close to Ystad. Lena, the owner of Bed & Books, is a good hostess, kind and very helpful. She enjoys talking with her quests, is genuine, and that is always important in making them feel welcomed! I would definitely recommend and will return to stay again. Thank you.

Some charm but unfresh

A B&B with some charm o decor with book theme. The first thing that hits you when you come in is an unfresh smell. Is it old smoke or untidy? Same smell in the room unfortunately. The room was clean. According to the room description, it was supposed to be a bathroom which didn't add up. There was only toilet and sink. Shower was in the hallway. Breakfast was simple but of B&B standard. The breakfast room is very small. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Like a bnb in England in the 80s (not in a good way)

You know when people call something ”quaint”, but it’s really just crappy with a little frills? Sleeping in an eighty bed with thin mattress next to a bathtub (they've put a bed in a bathroom?!) - felt like a bed and breakfast in England in the Eighties (not in a good way). The whole place smelled of moisture damage and perfumed soap. Put a laminated note saying they would charge extra for showers of more than five minutes. Breakfast was… many options and none of them good? Tough bread, margarine masquerading as butter, sliced banana on a plate and watery “fruit drink”. There are lots of nice places on Österlen in the same price range - stay at one of them instead.
