Good but not luxury

A good hotel. Comfortable beds and pillows and it was possible to regulate the heat in the room with a thermostat, it was great! Good and rich breakfast according to “Swedish standard”.
But it's not a luxury. Long corridors with Elite carpeting that feels so 1980s. Big and pretty impersonal. Great location if you want to be on the Avenue.

Had a great stay overall, nice breakfast, helpful staff and fairly nice accommodations. We had a room with a balcony, and while the room was well kept, the balcony was a bit work down. Our biggest let down was however when discovered the advertised "pool" was more of a large bathtub with seating measuring approximately 5x2.5 meter and less than a meter deep. Then again, it was on hotels.com it was advertised as a pool while the hotel's own website emphasis it's a "relaxation pool", though the pictures here are a bit mis leading.

Hairdryer was that old style one attached to the wall that didn't work - it kept switching off. It was only when I was checking out the staff told me that there was a hairdryer in the wardrobe which due to the old one in the bathroom i didnt realise this. In hindsight I should haev told them about the hairdryer but I also think that those old style hairdryers should be removed from the bathrooms - it is 2026.

Clean and well organized room. The breakfast covered all our intoleranses and quirks. My kid loved looking at Liseberg. The TV supported apps.
