The room was in a good state when I moved in for my trip with everything being of a solid clean standard. The staff were super helpful and friendly, especially my boi Culprit, what a lovely man! Was situated in the town literally a 20-30 minute walk from pretty much everything I wanted to do in Gothenburg. Very solid, central hotel, and good value. Maybe some more options for the hot breakfast but other than that nothing negative of note to say really. Highly recommend!

Terrible smell and extremely warm. Family room at ground floor and ppl smoking outside. When entering of leaving the room the door was literally facing the elevator and the stairs down to the backyard and the bar/lounge/ breakfast area. Breakfast was terrible. Scrambled eggs tasted like sausage. The cheese tasted as if it was in and out of the fridge several times. The coffee machine at the reception area cost a 20kr and tasted horrible.
The room was dirty and the shower curtain was full of mould. The isolation on cable wire to the tv was broken and easy for smaller kids the touch. One socket was missing on one of the floor next to the bathroom. The staff was not particularly welcoming and we didn’t feel appreciated as a guest/customer. Location shady side street with lots of noise and garbage, but close to the park, canal and Liseberg. I would strongly recommend to find another place to sleep in Göteborg.

Perfect hotel. Plus for central location
You get what you pay for but it was still better than expected. Stayed in a single room that was clean but after the hotel cleaning was there they had only made the bed and changed towels and not cleaned the toilet. If you had upgraded the rooms with small things like a bathroom mat and shampoo (only soap was available) the rating would have been better.
No available staff at night at reception and until 8 am if you need it but you come into the hotel with your room card after 9 pm so it still felt safe. Did not try breakfast but there are plenty of places to take a quick breakfast. On the whole I am happy with the stay and the location is perfect!! Will stay here again! If you just want to sleep I think it’s ok but nothing for romance

A hotel that is more a place in between hotel and hostel.
The hotel is a bit hidden with the entrance from a back street. When you enter, you get a good first impression of a hotel, which has probably been renovated in recent times. Staff are very service minded and helpful with explaining the way to the hotel. You can also put your things in the room even if the room is not clear. When you walk towards Heiden and the stairs, you see that this is an old hotel, because here it is not as nice. The room itself is spacious for three people. But here you can also see that it is refined, but more just surfaces. The night table is dusty and there is no air conditioning. It rained the day we were there and the sides the windows go outward and they are of the old type with two windows you have to open, so it rained in if they stood open. A bit into the evening we became thirsty and thought to go down and buy us something to drink, but it was not possible. The reception closed at 21:00 and the restaurant did the same. They didn't have any other options for drinks or snacks. Fortunately, there was a grocery store nearby that was open until 23.00.
When taking a shower there is only a shower curtain in front of the shower, and it hangs quite high above the floor. The result was that the entire bathroom floor became sticky wet when showering. They could have done something here. Missed also a minibar or at least a small refrigerator to store drinks in since everything closes at noon. 21.00. In addition, breakfast could be served with advantage any longer than until noon. 09.00. They have parking spaces in a parking garage nearby. There you get as a guest parking for just under 400 kr for a day. There was also a hairdryer in the room, which is a plus.

Simple and cheap accommodation with basic needs. One bed, bathroom, tv and wifi.
Simple breakfast that you get full of.
Central. Close to entertainment. Liseberg, Universeum, Haga.
Take the tram to Saltholmen and then a ferry to Vrångö.
Take a walk along the island and eat shrimp, crayfish and mussels at Hamnkrogen Lotsen.
