Ovaj povijesni hotel, izgrađen 1878. godine, udaljen je 400 metara od željezničkog kolodvora Hudiksvall. Luka Hudiksvall udaljena je 5 minuta hoda. Nudi besplatni WiFi i prostor za opuštanje sa saunom, teretanom i bazenom.

Feedback on hotel stay
I would like to express both positive and negative experiences from my stay.
Positive:
The hotel staff are very knowledgeable, cooperative and helpful – really – –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––��
Negative:
The restaurant did not live up to expectations:
• The first breakfast was served with old salad leaves, no fruit, hairs on the cookie jar and yesterday's eggs were cold.
• Dinner that evening was expensive, the meat tasted too salty, and although I informed the staff of this, I only received one regrettable reply.
• Several colleagues working nearby have the same experience – food is often inedible.
• After pointing this out, I was treated unpleasantly by the restaurant staff.
After my email, some things improved (fresher salad, fruit bowl and hot egg), but deficiencies still occur at high load.
Most recently, the owner filled cookies with his hands without gloves, and when I pointed out hygiene risks, I was threatened instead of the problem being fixed.
Important: I have already booked a hotel with you for a month ahead, which makes the situation even more worrying. Unfortunately, this affects my overall assessment of the hotel, which is a shame when I stayed at the same hotel chain around Sweden without problems before.

Unpleasant/poor service by reception staff.
The gate in the corridor to the rooms is locked with a padlock and alternative route is not signposted. In case of fire you would burn inside then

One of my absolute worst hotel stays!
Nothing happens during the evening while we are out on activities. Pointing this out on Saturday morning, the answer "there is no one who works during the weekend who can do this". Fix the problem...
Then breakfast is under ALL SABLARN'S CRITICISM!! Of course, no real butter, but an ultra-processed alternative for the PK-challenged Stordalen should signal climate change. Then there is no fried bacon, but what is in the pot is only heated, has no frying surface anywhere. The bread dry and tasteless, the charcuterie not marked.
Bad, untidy premises with great wear and tear.
There is no way that I will choose Strawberry again, this was really lousy!
