You got what you paid for, old and worn and a dead fly on the floor. Ingen AC. Otherwise it was quite okay considering that it is located in a northern dungeon

2 nights in Kramfors

Had a double deluxe twin room. Clean and fresh but for narrow beds. Breakfast basic but quite ok. Staff friendly and the location in the middle of Kramfors is very good. However, one thing happened that I had not experienced during my many years of travel, the room was not cleaned after the first night. The staff said you had to ask for cleaning but they forgot to ask. This is a shameful way to intentionally avoid Service to be included in a hotel room. Had not expected this from a hotel that is part of a chain - First Hotel - ashamed you are not serious and should not run hotels.

It will be hard to write 200 characters about this hotel. Slightly worn and older premises! The staff is fine! Rooms a little dated! Breakfast like that! Horrible lunch

The lunch served on 2 April 2025 was one of the worst meals I have experienced in my adult life. The gratinated fish was almost nonexistent in the thick, gooey sauce. Unfortunately, the service was the same low level as the food.
