beautiful place to relax

What a great experience! This campsite is located on a deserted island, surrounded by nature, with sea views and surrounded by a quiet, green forest. It is the perfect place to really unwind and enjoy the simplicity.
Mood is relaxed and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and think along with you. They gave us nice tips on walking routes and quiet places to sit overlooking the water.
The food was a real surprise: freshly prepared every day, with great taste and care. Especially the fish and vegetarian dishes were very tasty. Despite the simple setting, it felt almost luxurious.
The facilities are clean and well arranged. Not a luxury, but everything you need is there.In the evening by the campfire and under the stars everything felt equally perfect.
Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature, tranquility and personal attention. We will definitely be back here again!

Lovely accommodation close to nature!

Sävö is a fantastic place, a real Swedish summer idyll. From the first moment we felt welcome. We stayed in the glamping tent which was an extra nice experience. Luxurious yet close to nature. Breakfast, lunch and barbecue bag were included in the price which suited us perfectly this time. We will gladly come back and recommend everyone to stay and visit Sävö hostel and café.

Highly recommended!

Our excursion to Sävö was very pleasant. The island is beautiful and idyllic!
We stayed at Sävö Hostel & Café. The accommodation is very nice and well maintained. The hosts (the owners) were very Welcoming, and everything around the stay worked perfectly! We slept in glamping tents, and included packed lunches, barbecue dinner and breakfast in the price. The food was good, and the tent was cozy where it lay a little secluded, with beautiful sea views.
We are very happy with our day on the island.

Like the previous 25 times we have stayed at Sävö Hostel, it was a lovely summer experience.

This year it was the 26th time we visited Sävö me and my children, now with our own partners and families :) Maaike and Ingo do so nicely and add so much, and they do it with a gentle hand, which we all appreciate so much :)
We like it, and now in September me, my husband and our closest friends will come back and enjoy the nice Sävö for a few days :)
