This hotel is a convenient walk from Orebro central station. The breakfasts are healthy and extensive. A female receptionist even helped me to book my return ticket to Arlanda airport
I did not use any other facilities at hotel as I left after breakfast every day

Service at the top

The welcome at the reception is the most heartfelt, welcoming and competent I have experienced. And later during our stay we were greeted every time we passed the reception by a fantastic service and welcoming.
Breakfast buffet is ok.
Our room was small, but totally ok.
We'd love to come back.

Unclearity with the number of guests versus rooms, cost me a penny at check-in. The first time it happened to me, I feel like there's an improvement here.

A hotel that offers what you need.

With rooms facing the street it was very difficult to sleep when cars with loud music drove past outside until well into the night. The soundproof windows were not enough. It's not the hotel's fault but requests to have rooms that in tea face the messy street. The room was clean and comfortable. Small bathroom that had everything you need.,Lacked, however, the mandatory "makeup mirror".
Cozy and cozy breakfast room with good selection, ie you do not need to miss anything.
Friendly front desk staff, breakfast hosts and cleaning staff.

Confusing. Maybe we'll give the hotel a second chance. There are good alternatives in Örebro.

This wasn't easy! Two nights with completely different experiences.
Let me take the simple first!
The location in town is good, walking distance to most things. Plenty of parking spaces on nearby streets will be cheaper than in parking garages. The hottest day of the summer would have required air conditioning in the room. However, a fan and nightly shower helped it all up. Room okay with good beds and all the equipment you need. The environment in the breakfast room nice and the front desk staff accommodating and very nice both Saturday and Sunday.
What about the hard part?
Breakfast!
On Saturday it was almost perfect. Friendly and friendly staff. Soft-boiled eggs that were soft-boiled, there was sour milk, something that is becoming unusual in the hotels, good juice and good coffee. The lack of bubble water was of course a flaw, but was quickly fixed by one of the staff, who rushed to the reception and picked up a jar.
If we had left the hotel then the review would have been a five!
Sunday's breakfast experience was completely different and certainly not approved. Staff without the slightest sense of service and without overview of the setups. Getting mineral water was impossible, my wife was directed to reception upstairs. For medical reasons, I need bubble water to swallow well. The good soft boiled eggs the day before were now hard boiled, the herring was gone and so was the salmon paste.
Had this been the only morning, the review would have been a two!
