Hotel Vindeus provides clean facilities and an excellent breakfast. The room was as expected and bathrooms were well maintained.

I've unfortunately had a bad experience here on several occasions. The staff are unprofessional and do not know how to treat guests in a respectful way. We were misinformed and wrongly guided.
We also had problems with both Netflix and the network, without getting any help. The reception from the staff/owner, Alex, was just over and unpleasant.
The room was also dusty and untidy.
The most unacceptable thing was that a member of staff entered the room before 10.00. 10 in the morning without knocking and woke my partner. It was very unpleasant and totally unacceptable behavior.
Would not recommend this place.

Misleading images and unprofessional service

Very bad experience. The room did not match the pictures when booking. We also got a room with four single beds, which was not what we booked.
The reception from the staff/owner thinks his name is Alex, was very unprofessional and just over. Instead of helping, we were told we could be barred, which is totally unacceptable way to treat guests.
The room also lacked promised things like smart TV with Netflix. It was the toilet dirty. A lot of dust in the room.
Not recommended. Will not book here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location is excellent — peaceful and safe, yet close to everything you might need. It’s easy to get around, whether by walking or using public transport, and the surrounding area is clean and pleasant.
The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with great beds and a calm atmosphere. You can really tell that the housekeeping staff take pride in their work — everything was perfectly clean and smelled fresh every day.
The staff deserve special recognition! From the reception to the cleaning team and breakfast service — everyone I met was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making guests feel welcome. It’s clear they enjoy what they do, and that positive energy makes a huge difference.
Overall, a truly great place to stay. Excellent service, perfect cleanliness, and a warm atmosphere that makes you feel at home. I’ll definitely stay here again!
