Great location, poor service.

This hotel has a great location running in front of the famous Scandinavian mall that is pretty much the best part of it. The Hotel have established several “Green” rules, but in a way that feels more like that trying to save some bucks. The worst part was they never told us he had to actually ask for the room to be serviced. We didn’t get our room cleaned for almost 2 days and I had to go to the reception a few times to make sure that they were going to Clean it. That’s really awful for a so-called quality Hotel.

Unprofessional

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. When I tried to enter my room, my key card did not work. It turned out that a woman from the neighboring room had been able to access my room through an unlocked connecting door between the rooms. She had showered in my room, used my towel, and stored personal belongings there.
The most serious issue is the matter of security. I was staying alone, and it is extremely unsettling to know that a complete stranger could enter my room without my knowledge. The hotel later locked the connecting door, but I received neither an apology nor an explanation.
In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable for a hotel.

You don't get what you pay for!

The location is perfect for the Strawberry Arena and the Westfield shopping mall however nothing else around. I paid to upgrade to a Superior Double Room but was given a Standard Double Room, whe I went down to reception to question this I was told quite abruptly the hotel was full and there is nothing that can be done.

Unpleasant

I would not recommend this hotel.
They checked me every time I went out or came back to the hotel. It felt very uncomfortable and made the stay difficult.

The hotel was in a great location and convenient for getting around. Parking was a little tricky to find, but once we figured it out, it was manageable. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Almost everything was cold, which made it far less enjoyable than expected. Other than that, the room was comfortable, and the overall stay was okay. If the breakfast quality improves, this would be a much better place to stay.
