Nice and clean room, a good bed in quiet enviroments. The staff is always supernice here, and the breakfast is fantastic.

Good restaurant and pleasant service

We stayed one night at the hotel and had dinner at the restaurant. Parents with young children like us are with a daughter of almost 2 years… quite difficult to visit restaurants with her.
We thought the food was good and the service was very good. The guy in the restaurant had a sense of taking customers and he is service minded… really made a difference to the visit.
There were pencils and printed pictures to color, high chair and it was quiet so the little one could eat well.

Responsive and worn

If you end up in the old part (as we did) I would hardly call it a “hotel experience” at all unfortunately. Super worn and responsive as hell. The curtains let too much light through and through the ventilation that sits directly above the bed you hear the hotel neighbors blabbering on for hours. Incredibly annoying and ultimately frustrating that it is made so much that they can not sleep. Nah, a real bottom experience roomwise.

The breakfast at Comfort Hotel Sundsvall are among the very best I've experienced. Not only the assortment of food, but the service from the kind and helpful staff. The buffet is tended and refilled all the time . I recommend it without any hesitation.
