Very good service and good room

Great service with friendly staff who were solution focused and helpful. Room small but good with fridge and Micro. Comfortable sheets and beds.

Don't stay here!!

Me and my family had booked two nights at this hotel. We deeply regret that.
Nothing is done properly, the surfaces are redone after the previous activity (hostel), but you can’t apply makeup to a pig… Especially when it’s not kept clean – either in public areas or the rooms themselves.
We stayed in a family room on the 4th floor. The room was very worn and in parts broken and later turned out to be very dirty and dusty. Dust rats lay in all corners, under both double and bunk beds, further under the remaining furniture in the room and on all the moldings.
In addition, an old plaster lay on the floor and used lenses on the nightstand. In the armchairs were stains of chocolate. The curtains were too small to cover the entire window for darkening during the night. The bathroom was nothing but disgusting, tiles and tiles were coated with old dirt and black mold. Neither power sockets nor bedside lamps worked by the bunk bed.
We got back to the hotel/reception and got a nice reception and feedback. Went together with the receptionist and looked at three other rooms to move to, but they were as dirty as our own. Instead, they performed an extra cleaning of the existing room. Despite this, it was still dusty under all the furniture and in all corners afterwards. Boring! Based on feedback to the reception we were offered compensation equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation at the hotel.
Both the receptionist and the reception manager we had contact with were very professional, service minded and had a nice reception and tried to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, however, the problem seems to lie elsewhere in the organization and my feeling is that there is something not right at this hotel. Other staff we encountered did not greet, were nonchalant and were deeply immersed in their phones.
I won't visit the hotel again.

Everytime I come to the hotel there is dust bunny on the floor sometimes a bottle or some plastic-garbage and the the wifi never works. BUT; its a good price for the room, helpful staff, very good breakfast. So I can definitely return although I hope the room would be cleaner next time 🙂

It is okay

It is very well located. The service is quite good. Accessibility: there is a ramp and a secondary exit (both must be requested inside), bathrooms in the rooms are poorly adapted or not adapted at all. Cleaning: it must be requested as well as the change of towels, the carpet is unavoidable. The interior infrastructure has ramps and is suitable for wheelchairs. The decor, the terraces, and the atmosphere make it worth it

Surprisingly boring room, just beds and bathroom. No wardrobe, no shelf, no cupboard, no sofa. Just some hangers on a hook on the inside of the bathroom door. Extremely bad air circulation.
The bathroom floor was flooded when the shower was used, since there was no water barrier of any kind.
I must admit though, that the breakfast was great. One of the best hotel scrambled eggs I've had!
