Two nights at Elite city hotel Västerås

Ok room, but sloppily cleaned. Fun with pillow menu. But the pillow we got up was the black hair in, not as fun. However, the beds were in the hardest layer. Nice surroundings and the main entrance is magnificent. Very good breakfast with everything you could wish for. The sauna was locked and you had to book it, down in the basement which did not feel so cozy. I never found the gym.

Disappointment

The hotel is not for those who want to sleep at night. That's impossible. There are people walking under the window, sitting a bunch of young people talking and laughing until 4 in the morning. Cars drive and signal.
The double bed is 160 cm wide and the shower cabin barely opens because the toilet is so close that you have to force your way in. Unfortunately, never again here.

It was cozy and nice, almost clean hotel. We saw some small stains on the pillows but those were manageable at least. The think that was unexpected was the parking. We did not know that the parking in the garage/parking pool was not included in the price and we learned it when we asked it to the person on the reception. And, in the night, the isolation was not that good we believe since we heard all voices from the street. Overall it was not supreme but was a good stay.

Hot room and traffic noice. No food available on late arrival, appr. 22-23. Breakfast very basic. Building is nice and old but has strange smell. Price is high compared to quality.
