My stay at La Haut was great! The room was very spacious with amazing views of the bay and the pitons. The resort was conveniently located close to attractions like the waterfall and Sulphur Springs. I got the chance to meet the owner Joe, and he was very welcoming at his house in the resort where the infinity pool with the views of the pitons was. Joe was very friendly, and after a random invitation, I spent more than half of a day there laughing, cracking jokes and enjoying some drinks with him and his friends! I recommend this resort to anyone who wants to stay in Soufriere! Find attached some pictures I took with my drone!

The views are incredible! The owner we met and is so kind and generous! The infinity pool looks great! The place is a little tired in areas and the kitchenette and bed were clean. The restaurant is privately owned and the chef was really friendly but some other staff let it down and the food quality. Breakfast we had a selection of fruits, 2 eggs and a pastry along with tea & coffee. The on-site animals are friendly, except the cats. We loved the horse and donkey, fed them every day!

The property needs a total upgrade from painting to replacing furniture and being more modern. The only good thing was the view of the pitons from your room

Everyone was super friendly! Breakfast was included in the stay and it was so good. The views from pool deck were unreal!

Too filthy to stay there second thing there was no water the water pipe broke

Utterly disappointed it was my second visit there I have another review back from 2014. You can read which is pretty accurate at the time since then there has been a definite decline on the property. I’m going to post pictures on how dirty my sheets were when I specifically was waiting on my room to be ready because the maid was taken care of it. The place is empty. There’s hardly anyone there. The stars that are rated here are not deserved at all I left after one night and asked for my refund for that second night. He told me I had to go through Orbitz. That’s how they do it. I do plan on doing it. The only good thing I can say is the infinity pool and the view of the Pitons that was beautiful since it was really no one there. I had it all to myself. This is a beautiful location as you’re so high up. I did manage to catch some stars amongst the clouds and someone needs to buy this place and just totally renovate it. It’s very special and it’s location but it needs love.
