Beautiful place to stay in the Alps

We stayed three nights at this welcoming Bead & Breakfast in the heart of a small mountain village in the Alps. The place itself is magnificent and the experience is enhanced by the generosity and kindness of the hosts, Stéphane and Viviane.

Elven Wonders

We visited just before Christmas with the family and had a really nice stay. The whole place inspired comfort, warmth and coziness. Our room was well lighted, offering great views of the surrounding mountains and Valley. The breakfast was comprehensive and tasty. The location is ideal for access to Leukerbad and the ski resort while offering a quieter and more authentic setting. We’ll return for sure.

Magical night

On the way to Italy, we stayed one night with the Elves in Albinen. Location is in the middle of traditional wooden houses in a small street. Parking is limited, but free parking nearby. Veronique will do everything to make your stay comfortable. Our room was Pillywiggins... best view ever. Period. Overlooking the Swiss mountains from our great bed. The room was clean and spacious with good shower. Nice, warm and welcoming atmosphere in the public area on the ground floor. Made new friends and enjoyed a wonderfull evening on the splendid terrace with mountain view. Breakfast is great as well.

Lovely B&B/cafe in beautiful location

We called in for drinks during a visit to the beautiful , quiet ,old village of Albinen. The place is immaculate and the owners show great attention to detail in everything. We were made very welcome and the drinks were good value. The setting is lovely with amazing views. The huge white dog called Grimm was very friendly as well. It would be a lovely place to stay and get away from it all..

Excellent stay!

We stayed one week at "la demeure des elfes" and our stay was wonderful! The room was very clean, cosy and well decorated. The view is great.The meals (the breakfast and the diner were very very good!) and most of all, the kindness and professionalism of the two owners made us very comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful area, here it is! Thank you very much Veronique and Tessalia for having us!
