The staff at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast are very friendly and provided an excellent service. Room was clean and the view is amazing.

This mountaintop venue above the clouds is extraordinary. The only way to arrive here is through the cog-rail train or the gondola. The crowds without hotel reservations are there only during the day but leave on the last trip down around 5:30 so the mornings and evenings are quiet. Hiking trails abound. The restaurant serves excellent food. The rooms are basic but clean and with everything you need.

Amazing. Highly recommend. Bucket list.

This was my favourite stay in Switzerland. The room was quite basic, but super spacious. The staff were also very friendly and the view was 10 stars. The included dinner was a 4 course meal and exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was fine (just not as amazing as the dinner). There were alot of clouds and you couldn't see the towns below, but it didn't hinder the experience. My only complaint is that the gondola up to the hotel isn't included in your rate, and it is an additional expense. You do receive a small discount if you show your reservation, but it was still about 56CHF.

Be careful before booking this Hotel Bellevue Specailly family.
First they accept your booking 2 adults 1 baby Standard double room ( 2 Adults 1 Child ) Check-in date 14.02.2025
Check-out date 15.02.2025 ( 1 night )
Room Standard double room ( 2 Adults 1 Child )
Price CHF 338.00 dinner and breakfast.
Then in few days you will receive an email by there staff.
They charge extra 40 chf for 1 year old baby with or without bed !!! Which is not fair. For me it’s not about money, it's about right or wrong.
If they had make me pay while my booking, I can understand but not like this!

Romantic stay

As we arrived we were warmly welcomed by a receptionist. She immediately spotted where we come from and started speaking in our mother tongue, which we appreciated very much. In a friendly yet professional manner she provided all the information that we needed. The next day we wanted some advice and again Frau Stanislava Repkova provided great customer service and helped us a lot! What an asset to the Pilatus team she is! Our stay was fantastic, food was delicious and views were breathing! We will be back!
