Hotel was very nice and prime location near the mineral baths and park with playground for kids. Slightly inconvenient that the 0 level rooms are still up two small half flights of stairs with no elevator. Was a struggle with 2 kids and all our stuff solo but otherwise wonderful hotel.

Poor value for money.

Extremely poor value for money. The hotel is clearly outdated, the style is no longer contemporary, and it lacks modern features. No air conditioning, yet it is very expensive.

Casino package stay.

I am surprised by the 4-star hotel rating.
No air conditioning in the rooms, a fan in our room but insufficient.
No individual products in the bathroom, except for one soap for two, and a shower gel in a dispenser similar to those in lower-end hotels.
Lack of maintenance on the rain shower head.
1 bottle of water for 2, fortunately with 2 glasses.
Decent menu but nothing more, breakfast is acceptable but made with average quality products, for example, ham and cheese.
No one speaks French, making it difficult to be understood, especially with my average English.
Otherwise, the hotel is well located, close to the train station, the casino, and a beautiful park.
This comment is due to my misunderstanding of this 4-star rating; for me, 3 stars would have been more appropriate.

Excellent service, clean rooms, great breakfast, excellent location very close to the thermal baths and the center, and especially to the casino and the Langmatt museum.

Racist female receptionist

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Ramaiah Hotel in Baden. The experience was far below what was promised at the time of booking.
Upon arrival, the receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful. We were not given the room category that we had booked and paid for, and our concerns were not handled professionally. When we asked for clarification, the staff showed little interest in resolving the issue.
What made the experience even more upsetting was that we felt we were treated differently because of our nationality and appearance. While I cannot know the staff’s intentions, the way we were treated gave us the impression that guests are not treated equally. As Indian travelers, we felt unwelcome and disrespected throughout our interaction with the reception staff.
The customer service was among the worst I have experienced in any hotel. Instead of making guests feel valued, the staff made us feel ignored and dismissed.
I would not recommend this hotel to Indian travelers or, frankly, to anyone expecting professional service, fairness, and respect. There are many better accommodation options in Baden where guests are treated with dignity and receive the service they pay for.
