This hotel was very nice and in a great location. The team made it very convenient to get around. The restaurant was very good.

A great hotel with a lovely buffet breakfast in a very good location right near tram stop.most things were walkable and buses and trams right by the hotel.

Good location, but it seems every stay is getting more expensive! I travel often and stayed here many times and it is now on average £500 per night! Rooms and the staff are great. Restaurant is expensive and food choices aren’t the best.

Great place to stay if you are in Basel for the fair. Other than the location, however, I was not impressed. I found it a bit disorganised and I was not impressed by the information given me by the front desk staff at check in or during the stay. The hotel parking was not available (I didn’t know it had to be booked in advance) and i also would have appreciated more information in the room about the hotel services. Room was full of amenities but pretty small

Nice hotel, but the check-in process needs to be revised. Service has room for improvement.

Service is still expandable. Since check-in is strictly allowed only at 3 PM, long queues form. It's unpleasant when one already has appointments. No exceptions are made even if the room is ready. One is kindly and firmly directed to the restroom on the 3rd floor if one needs to change. Room service was only available upon request. A perfect stay.

Wir verstehen, dass Wartezeiten beim Check-in, insbesondere wenn bereits Termine anstehen, als unangenehm empfunden werden können. Unser offizieller Check-in beginnt ab 15:00 Uhr, da wir bis dahin sicherstellen möchten, dass alle Zimmer unseren Qualitätsstandards entsprechend vorbereitet sind. Je nach Verfügbarkeit bemühen wir uns jedoch stets, individuelle Lösungen zu finden.
Auch Ihr Hinweis zum Housekeeping ist für uns wertvoll. Aus Gründen der Nachhaltigkeit erfolgt die Zimmerreinigung in einigen Bereichen auf Wunsch unserer Gäste. Es tut uns leid, wenn dies während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht ausreichend kommuniziert wurde.
