a great experience all around

Warm welcome and a table was also already reserved for us.
The Twin rooms are newly renovated, clean and very homely....2years ago all rooms were renovated and it has 3 showers and 3 toilets....ideal.
The hospitality was very pleasant and the breakfast buffet rich and delicious....

Not Perfect but Worth a Trip

The journey via cable car and gondola was relaxed and very interesting. After a short walk you reached the hotel. Reception and check in were extremely friendly and fast . The twin room we had booked corresponded to our idea which was clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, outdoor activities were not possible due to bad weather. All that remained was a stay in the self-service area with the flair of a canteen. The restaurant area we felt comfortable. Here I would like to highlight our service worker Miss Shirin as very accommodating and friendly. The dinner we had chosen disappointed our whole group. The food was lukewarm and left the suspicion that it had not been freshly prepared. The breakfast buffet corresponded to a four star hotel. Rich selection and qualitatively the opposite for dinner. Apart from the bad weather, for which the hotel is not to blame and the negative experience of the dinner, I can recommend this location in the price-performance ratio.

Beautiful! We will come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Berghaus Niederhorn. The team was very friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere warm and welcoming. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back.

Best start of the honeymoon

The start of our honeymoon started with an overnight stay on the Niederhorn. My husband had organized a surprise, which was arranged by the mountain house very nicely with roses, prosecco and fresh strawberries. ❤️ It all fit: the view, the dinner and the super good breakfast buffet. The staff was always very friendly and helpful despite the hustle and bustle. Our highlight was the encounter with Capricorns at sunset and the sunrise for which we got up extra early.

Nice reception and cozy single room

Nice reception and cozy single room.
Unfortunately, the mattress was much too soft for me personally – as a light person I felt like I was sinking away all the time "nut summit", which gave me a restless night.
The food was very good and was served quickly, even the breakfast was excellent.
