Nice Hotel

The hotel is nice! It is super convenient that it is so close to the train station and grocery stores. It is very central and makes it easy to get basically anywhere. The comforters are nice and thick, although the pillows don’t offer much support. The windows open to provide ventilation. The bathroom light can be a bit bright if another person is sleeping. The highlight of this hotel is the staff. They were all so kind and amazing. They always made sure we had enough food. Abel greeted us every time we entered and knew our room numbers. The staff were so fun to talk to, and they made our trip more memorable. They also had some great food recommendations. The staff all really make this hotel amazing.

We were really satisfied with this nice little hotel!

Due to our schedule, we were able to spend only about 24 hours in Bern, so we chose to book this hotel in advance near the main railway station.
But besides the location, we were also satisfied with the other qualities of the hotel. Our bed was comfortable, we could not hear the traffic noise from the busy main street below, the bathroom was large and clean, and the sink was conveniently located in a little antechamber in front of the bathroom with the toilet and the bathtub.
The breakfast hall on the first floor had quite a large variety of food.
Last but not least, the staff was very polite and helpful.

Not recommended. Poor cleaning. Breakfast just enough. Small bathroom without shower and with old sanitary ware.
