The perfect hotel for a business trip

The perfect hotel for a business trip. The rooms are very (too?) basic but functional overall. The on-site parking is very convenient. Quick check-in. Breakfast is acceptable.

Comfortable Stay

We would like to thank the very professional reception staff at this hotel. Nothing was too much problem. Also Nora who helped behind reception/bar was very helpful. Rooms are tiny, breakfast is good with fresh fruit and plenty of items on the buffet. We also found the location better than we expected thanks to the Number 10 bus. This bus runs every 5 minutes and takes you right past the train station.

Kids playing area and cleanliness - super experience

We stayed 3 nights here, nice location, near to Eigerplatz Kante bus stand. We reached late in the night and reception guys helped us for the check in process. Nice and clean hotel. Very helpful staff, smoking zone outside next to entry gate. Took a cup of coffee in the evening time after daylong trip and the hotel never charged extra. Only need to pay city tax even for the child. Appreciate Jamil who helped us to confirm our next stay in another IBIS in Zurich. This guy always in smiling face and very helpful. Hot water was available every time. Breakfast was nice and plenty. Immediately filled the item if its finished. Room was good with limited seating or storage. They helped us to keep luggage in the store, usage of washroom and sip a cup of coffee even after check out. Water dispenser with variety of drinking water options in each floor. Special thanks for nice kids playing area near reception.

The room was nice but a bit small. The shower was clean but had a little funky smell. Everyone there was great and the place was super clean.
