The resort is beautiful and the apartment amazing. The apartment was really well equipped with everything you would need, was super clean and the beds very comfortable. The pool and sauna etc were also wonderful - two types of sauna and nice touches like extra towels and glasses for water or tea in sauna area. When pool was busy - and it often was- it was still lovely relaxing by poolside. The village itself is beautiful with a great grocery store and an amazing bakery that also serves as a cafe - you can order deliveries to your apartment block but we quite liked the walk in the morning. We booked at an awkward time without realising it- when ski season had just ended and spring/summer hadn’t really started but the chair lift opened for Easter and we rode up with our free passes from the resort. Before that we had driven to Chur, St Maritz and Bregenz (Austria) for easily accessible days out. Because we had arrived to an unexpected snow dump, we also spent a day skiing in Obersaxen (north-facing) which is less that half an hour away. The drives anywhere were accompanied by speactular views - we picked up a car at Zurich airport and the drive was a couple of hours to the resort. I really like what the resort are trying to do in terms of sustainability and would definitely recommend this for couple, families - everyone.

Disappointed.
We stayed at the Pradas for the second time. And unfortunately we were very disappointed this time. The resort and the bullet train just lack some love.
- Tubing. The green slip coating was missing. Bahn was full of leaves upstairs. Sliding is simply not possible.
- Ball track. No bullets. Not in the hotel or the restaurant. Many disappointed children and families. Luckily we had ours from the last visit with us and our children shared it with others. The bullet track without love – Blachen come to light.
- Swimming pool. That fried li. I just don't have the words.
The Kugelbahn probably has nothing to do with the hotel directly, i.e. hotel and Kugelbahn/Restaurant have no connection?
What we cannot understand is the following: It's autumn break, and the hotel is probably fully occupied. Even if the hotel and the bullet train are not together, wouldn't they provide in the hotel with wooden balls? The tubing. Why isn't it suitable for the autumn holiday season? And the fried meat... I mean...
Otherwise it's a great resort, nice rooms, the games room is great. The area beautiful.
The negative aspects are just a shame. For us, unfortunately, a reason to look for another resort next time. We didn't say anything during the stay as it wouldn't have made any difference anyway.

Amazing Alpine holiday in family friendly, sustainable resort
This was an amazing Alpine experience and our first visit to the Swiss Alps. Hired a car from Zurich airport and took us a couple of hours to get there with a stop off in Chur for groceries. We arrived late due to a snow blizzard (which made it an interesting drive up to the resort) but were able to check in easily by phoning the number provided. Having experienced a fairly eventful journey, and arriving to 3ft of new snow, it was so lovely to get into a warm and exceptionally well equipped apartment with heated floors and a welcome bag. The apartment was amazing, beds super comfy, kitchen very clean and well equipped, two tvs etc etc. Everything you could possibly need and a beautiful view from our balcony. The pool and sauna are fantastic (two types of sauna) with lovely little touches like water and tea on hand. And an endless supply of clean fluffy towels. The village is beautiful with a very well equipped supermarket and a bakery that sells delicious goods and also serves as a cafe - reasonably priced and also does deliveries to the hotel in the morning - but we liked the short walk. We arrived at an awkward time of year - ski/winter season had ended and spring/summer hadn’t really begun so a lot of things were closed but with the car we had lovely day tips to Chur, St Moritz and Bregenz, Austria - all with a couple of hours drive amongst spectular scenery. Although we couldn’t ski in Brigels, we drove to Obersaxen, half an hour away and had a fantastic day skiing with great runs and conditions. The chair lift at Brigels opened for Easter so we were able to ride up with our free passes and the views were spectacular - if we had more time, we would have loved the walk back down. I would definitely recommend for couples, families - anyone - and I love what Pradas are aiming for with their sustainability.

A Peaceful and Perfect Family Escape — We Can’t Wait to Return
We had another wonderful stay at Prada’s Resort in Brigels — our second year in a row, and once again everything was simply perfect.
The resort is incredibly peaceful and beautiful, the ideal place to relax and truly disconnect. We stayed in one of the Premium Apartments, which was impeccably furnished, very spacious, and felt completely brand new. Everything is thoughtfully designed and maintained to a very high standard.
The Prada Oasis is a real highlight. The swimming pool and sauna are fantastic and perfect for the whole family. Our daughter absolutely loved it, which made the experience even more special for us.
A special thank you to Nubia, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. Her care and attention truly made a difference and added a very personal touch to our experience.
We are very happy, once again, and already looking forward to coming back next time. Highly recommended.
