Wonderful accommodation/great hospitality

We spent a hiking weekend with friends on the Biel. The Alphotel is beautiful. Rooms very spacious and cozy, furnished with lots of wood. Very nicely decorated with attention to detail. It was very clean and the staff were all very nice, friendly, helpful, and motivated. The food was super delicious. Many thanks - we will come back.

Great weekend in the Schächental.

Cozy hotel in a dreamlike location. We were able to enjoy the sunset during dinner. The hotel staff is very attentive and helpful.
We will certainly be back.

Very friendly reception upon arrival and recognized immediately, as we were here last year as well.
We received a very comfortable room.
When the day guests have taken the last cable car down to the valley, it becomes quieter on the observation terrace, and one can later enjoy a deeper night's rest.
The view of the mountains from the hotel or during hikes in the area is magnificent.
The service was quick, attentive, and always friendly, no matter who from the nice team was present, just like the owner!
