A magical moment ✨
The setting with old wood in the heart of the mountains is beautiful, warm, and soothing. The private spa was impeccable, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. A huge thank you for the warm welcome and this memorable experience. We leave feeling rejuvenated and with only one desire: to return very soon!

Beautiful stay, full of charm, sweetness and well-being with charming hosts and attentive to every detail

A charming hotel, typically Swiss, where you immediately feel at home. The Welcoming of the owners is of rare warmth and sets the tone upon arrival: kindness, attention and authenticity. Breakfast is hearty and delicious, prepared with quality products. The spa, magnificent, offers a real moment of relaxation after a day in the mountains. Everything is thought out with taste and generosity, you feel the family spirit and passion behind every detail. A very nice address that I highly recommend!

Amazing.

We stayed one night at Victoria Retreat & Spa in Vercorin and it was an exceptional experience. We had the chance to enjoy the privatized spa, a real moment of relaxation. Welcoming, both warm and attentive, particularly impressed us. The room with great mountain views, as well as the delicious breakfast with local produce, made our stay unforgettable.

Booked a romantic weekend for my husband's birthday in a hotel oil we arrived at 7:30pm on Friday oops! The oil not heating even frozen - 5 l outside10 degrees inside 1 single radiator on the mezzanine and off!! the bathroom and the ground floor underfloor heating not engaged so frozen by a blanket pity because the setting could have been nice following the phone with the owner I am told that customers do not like intense heat and that the bathroom is not heated because people heat at their convenience?? By - 5 I think there is bad faith and some negligence pay 600 fR without breakfast to be frozen until Saturday night and again it was just (temperate) scam shame because we enjoyed the village and local restaurants we will come back but not in this hotel

I had a wonderful week at the Victoria Retreat.
Cozy room, warm and carefully decorated common room. A spa with hammam and sauna, a sunny terrace…
Add adorable and attentive hosts and you get a place you never want to leave.
Absolutely recommended to come and recharge your batteries in the heart of Valais.
