Comfortable hotel in a good location with very nice staff.

We booked the hotel as part of a package with Glacier Express, etc., and it was a very good choice. The location is opposite the convention center between Davos Dorf and Davos Platz. Considering the construction work on the main road, we received a room facing the courtyard, which was very quiet but unfortunately offered no view. The room was large, and the housekeeping was perfect.
There was a very good breakfast; even though it was busy, the service was quick and efficient, and everything was replenished in a timely manner. The four-course dinner included in the half-board was always very good; the main course was fish/meat or vegetarian, and there was always something for us, with portions more than sufficient and always freshly prepared. I have rarely had vegetables with such good consistency and flavor. The wines here are quite expensive; bottles start at CHF 44 and up. With a bottle of wine, you receive a liter carafe of Davos water for free; otherwise, it costs CHF 5.
The underground garage has a somewhat narrow entrance, but the spaces are large enough. All hotel staff were very friendly and perfect in service. Jenny from Portugal and Felipe from Colombia particularly took great care of us and were very nice. We can recommend the hotel without any reservations.
By the way: At the convention center across the street, there is an indoor pool with an outdoor pool, and using it costs only CHF 8.10 with the guest card; you can always check the current number of visitors on the website.

Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Very centrally located hotel (especially for the congress opposite) with very quiet and comfortable rooms. Large selection at the breakfast buffet without crowding (which unfortunately can happen not infrequently with tour groups at other hotels in Davos). I would have only really appreciated it if the room had been cleaned before 12 p.m. during a 5-night stay…

Everything was good and if I ever return (I live in the U.S.) I would stay there again without a doubt. I wish I remember the name of the Portuguese receptionist at the front desk because they made the hotel 5star. What a memorable experience. Thanks!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. We had a dog with us and that worked out well. But you need to Get a second coffee machine :-) it was a line to get a cup.
