very satisfied

We booked Studio 8 for the period from August 4th to August 7th.
We were very satisfied with the studio. The staff member at the reception was friendly and helpful.
We were satisfied with the solution that was offered to us when my wife and I were assigned a studio *with* a shower instead of a bathtub for a four-night stay starting September 22nd.

Very disappointing and needs updating for the prcie - not 3 stars, maybe 2 stars

We were quite disappointed in the 3-bedroom house we booked. It was very dated kitchen and bathrooms and dark brown shag carpet in at least half the house that was not shown in any of the photos, which should be replaced and likely needed a good cleaning (some pet odors). Seating area had rock-hard sofa that was a dingy and not cozy for family time. Curb appeal very low in the front as a place that was showing wear and tear. The photos were deceiving of what to expect. Very high price for what we got and we have lived and stayed throughout Switzerland for 15+ years. On the positive, it was clean. I would not stay again without seeing the unit in person first. We asked to change but we had paid in advance and they said nothing else available.

Quiet settlement a little off

Quiet settlement, a bit off the beaten track, but right next to the cross-country ski trail. Duplex Whg has come of age. Partially renovated. Kitchen great equipped. Bread service great. Bus station just around the corner.

Wonderful stay

As usual everything was perfect . During our 12 day stay a variety of swiss friends and family stayed with us .The staff were bery helpful with suplying new bed linen . The shuttle to Jacobs horn was helpful, sorting ski lift pass at a discounted rate was great. In short I would have no hesitaion in recommending Solaria. We will be back
