A unique place to discover

A timeless place, well thought out, where we are very well received and everything is incredibly good. Seasonal cuisine, with real research. And equally excellent for vegetarians.
I hope to be back soon!

An exceptional taste experience in an authentic place!

A dream weekend at the bottom of the Val d'Hérens in this establishment where everything is thought for our well-being while respecting places and nature. A modern design that has retained the charm and authenticity of the original chalet. The cozy restaurant offers inventive, subtle cuisine, full of mountain herb flavor and with local products.
We were able to discover this valley bottom by a nice walk leading to the foot of the glacier through the burning larch trees and end the day by drinking an aperitif in front of the brazier. All happiness. We'll come back to that for sure!

We loved it.

A place , a new history in this historic hotel with a transformational renovation that amazed us with its architecture and concept that we loved. We stayed in the family room and the kids as much as I loved it. The meal was also top , Welcoming and Service too well! On reviendra . And this valley of Ferpecle enchants us every time

New secret (probably not for long) in Val D’Herens

Very nicely renovated with mix of Cabane-style dining area and open kitchen, and stylish and convenient rooms. All set in a wonderful and somewhat more remote valley leading to Ferpecle. The food was excellent, and it all comes with very friendly and casual staff. I have been hanging out in this part of the Valais for decades and have added this to one of my favourites.

It's beautiful.

Beautifully renovated building with great respect for the past. Very comfortable and extraordinarily delicious food. Friendly, communicative staff. In addition to luxury rooms, it also has cheap sleeping places in the camp in view of what is available. Very pleasant sanitary facilities. Breakfast is provided on request the night before, so you can leave as early as you like - which is unfortunately far from a given in hotels in the Swiss Alps. Very inspiring surroundings with the glacial forefield of Ferpècle. Suitable starting point for a panoramic hike to Bricola with pretty glacier views. This is a good place to live. Thank you very much the great Equipe for the wonderful stay.
