Hospitality and warm welcome made us feel Home
A lovely location, excellent reception and clean large rooms with balconies. Hospitality and warm welcome made us feel home. The views from windows and balcony are really nice. There is large parking just in front of the hotel .

It was the only hotel in Klosters that still had a spare room.....
What awaited us: cold room, refrigerator does not work, exactly 2 sachets with shower lotion (for two people), hand soap only on request, bathroom ultra small. General impression: dingy. Location: If traveling without a car discourage, as very poorly developed.

It’s worth booking a room here!
We stayed at this hotel for one night and everything was great! We were greeted by very friendly and pleasant staff who took care of us even though it was very late. The hotel room was clean, spacious and smelled very nice of pine. The beds are soft and comfortable, the interior is quite simple, but everything is done with taste. The room has a TV, minibar and other necessary things. Due to the fact that we were unlucky with the weather in Switzerland, everything was cloudy and it was raining very hard, we could not enjoy the view from our room, but we were very satisfied with the friendliness of the staff and the very comfortable hotel room! We recommend staying here!

Very bad experience! Dont stay there!
Very bad experience at Hotel Old Inn ! Don't stay there!
First time I put a bad comment on an accomodation. I've traveled worldwide from cheap hostels to fancy hotels and never have I ever experienced such an unprofessional behavior.
No owners on site to speak to. The staff is untrustworthy, dishonest, rude and patronizing. But they will be pleased to charge you twice and not refund you even if you agreed so.
They are impossible to get in touch with : email adress not valid, no one answers your calls, zero answers on whatsapp or booking chat. They also hang up on you. Good luck if you need any further info or try to reach them. Don't expect anyone to act in a descent manner here.
Dont trust the old comments. It can't be the same team.
The hotel isn't in Kublis but in Saas. So don't count on any train connections to Klosters, only a long 30 min bus ride.
The hotel is old and dark. The room was cold, no heat in middle of february. Nothing especialy romantic. The TV, the fridge, the wifi/wlan and the remote control were broken. Very loud noises fom the staircases or basement in the evening and construction work in the next building in the early morning. Don't forget your ear plugs if you expect a bit of sleep!
They will charge you 10 chf for a parking space for the night, even if it's free of charge in the streets.
To be simple : DON'T STAY THERE !

Came in late - was no problem for the Hotel-Owners.
Pretty old House with old school inventory but everything functional and clean.
did not except all credit-cards ...
