My recent stay was truly exceptional, akin to a fairytale experience. The room was exquisitely appointed, and the panoramic view from my balcony, encompassing Lucerne's historic old town and the serene lake, was simply breathtaking. The staff demonstrated remarkable kindness and professionalism, and the hotel itself offers an unparalleled experience. I eagerly anticipate my return.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The staff were very accommodating and the gentleman at the concierge, who helped us with our luggage was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The views are stunning and the hotel itself was just beautiful.

A gorgeous hotel.

We were there over Christmas so we did the two booked dinners with set menus on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Both were very expensive and unfortunately I didn’t enjoy a lot of the Christmas Day menu (I don’t like caviar or truffle). I should have looked into this more when booking. I am sure those with a more defined palette would have loved it. It was just disappointing given how expensive it was.
We had drinks at the bar area a couple of afternoons and I had the best negroni I have ever had.
Breakfast was your usual buffet.
There isn’t a kettle in the room however we called reception and they delivered one immediately.
The room was a good size however the coffee table is too big and another chair would have been more useful. Perhaps even more space for a suitcase.
The bathroom was an excellent size.
Overall it is a stunning hotel with gorgeous views.
The staff were all lovely.

Great view of lake lucerne and the city. Room was spacious but A/C couldn't handle the heat. Bring your own fan for a backup. The bed wasn't very comfortable. The fenicular from the hotel was very handy and free.
