Vacation stay
Beautiful hotel and the kindest staff. The room was small, as are most older European hotels. There is no A/c but the window at night with the fan provided did work. The view from the balcony was amazing and you overlook chapel bridge and the river. The restaurant was very good and they provided credit which was perfect. I would stay here again when in Lucerne.

Great hotel in Luzern
Location near Chapel Bridge was fantastic. Centered right in historic center and adjacent to river. Accommodation was excellent. Staff professional and courteous. Hotel is clean and comfortable.

Great location and view.
Best location and view of historic area and river with chapel bridge. Smallish room, but all needs met. Could have used more towels.

Overnight stop in Lucerne
Small but clean and well appointed room. No a/c so a bit of a challenge to sleep but leaving the window helped. But, wow, we woke up with the most stunning view of the lake, river, and mountains - quite iconic. Can’t beat the location, friendly staff, and delicious provided breakfast at the adjoining restaurant.
