Great stay

Our family of 4 (2 young adult children) spent 3 nights in the Mosca house at Hotel Jungfrau Murren. It was 3 bedrooms with a kitchen/living room and less expensive than if we had rented 2 hotel rooms. Amazing view of the mountains out the main bedroom window. It was a great location. Easy walk from the train station. The breakfast included with the room was very good. We also took advantage of the half board offer, which was a 4 course meal for $39. The food was very good and portions were large. Staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Charming hotel with view of Eiger, Monck and Jungfrau

We spent three nights at Hotel Jungfrau in Murren. The hotel was very nice, with lots of closet storage for clothes, etc. The view from our room, looking directly at the Jungfrau was mesmerizing (see picture). The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was ample and good. The cable car station is a few hundred meters away, but the staff will pick up and deliver you to the station, especially if the weather is wet.

Typical, Comfortable and Good Service

Beautiful hotel very typical and not too far from the arrival of the cable car (the steepest in the world!), but if you want they come to pick you up by electric cart. We enjoyed walking in the village, looking at the typical cottages, shops, and of course Eigger, Mönsch, Jungfrau if you are lucky:-) The interior of the hotel is modern, the receptionist very welcoming and efficient. There is a choice between stairs or elevator to get to the room. We had chosen a very simple room, it was perfect! mountain view at the back, so quiet. No air conditioning or safe. Bathroom with square shower, all right. Hair dryer, laundry, soap, shower gel/shampoo small bottles. Namely, it is absolutely necessary to put the poster "make the room" when you leave, otherwise it will not be made:-) The bed was comfortable.
The breakfast buffet is very good: fruit, fruit salad, cheeses in quantity, various breads still hot, small very good pastry, eggs, bacon, birscher,... Attentive Service. Good hotel not given, but it's the same for all the others, the one seemed to us to have the best value for money.

Good option for large family groups

The Hotel Jungfrau was an excellent choice for lodging in Murren. We were a family group of 14 and the Hotel Jungfrau was able to accommodate us in both hotel rooms and an apartment. The apartment was lovely and provided plenty of sleeping and gathering space for our family. The breakfast buffet included both cold and hot dishes. The only problem was an occasional odor from the bathroom plumbing in our third floor rooms in the hotel. The desk clerk offered to move us to another room but we decided to keep the windows open and remain on the third floor to enjoy the view.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This was a very comfortable place to stay, and the breakfast buffet was good, too. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, and they were willing to provide transportation to and from the cable car and train stations. The view was spectacular, too.
