Do not set foot in this hotel

This is by far the worst and most terrible ‚hotel‘ I have ever set foot in. We were checked in after a cancelled flight and checked out after exactly 12‘ at the premisses. I cannot believe such poor standards are being allowed in a ‚hotel‘ in Zurich with mold in the bathroom, not to mention the fan in that same bathroom which grows spores as big as pingpong balls. Absolutely unacceptable. I‘m im shock

Attention: Rooms are being charged twice.

The hotel itself is nice, cozy, and ideal for an overnight stay before departing for vacation.
Unfortunately, they insist that the booking be made through B&B. This time, however, I reserved via Google Maps, and promptly the reservation was initially not found at all – later then only a single room. In the end, I had to pay for the room again.
Although I now have clear proof that B&B received both the reservation and the payment, my emails have not been answered for two weeks.
Misinforming customers and ignoring payments is absolutely unacceptable.
Lying to customers and stealing money is a no-go!

Bathroom was moldy. No air conditioner or any air movement in the room. No option to open the window either. Terrible.

The air conditioning barely worked, my room was almost 80 degrees every night and you couldn’t even open the windows because they are covered with glass panels that only allow about an inch of air in. I had to go back 2 times because the door code wasn’t working and when they came with to see what the problem was they realized the room wasn’t clean. I ended up with a handicapped room with a broken toilet seat and bugs on the floor—this is not a 3 star hotel—stay elsewhere!

This is one of the worst place I ever stay at. Only positive about this place is room was big.
As soon as we walk in, bad smell and bathroom smells of weed
- NO AC
- not enough towel
- no facial tissue
- no coffee
- no iron
- no fridge
- bathroom is disguising
- molded and dirty shower curtain
- if you take a shower bathroom is fully wet so be careful from slipping.
- no drawers
- no locker
- 2 tiny chair
- toilet is not cleaned. You can see poops dried on the toilet
Horrible stay. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you love all the above.
