Excellent stay.

Very pleasant stay.
I had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I would especially like to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
Since I became ill during my stay, I had to extend my stay on short notice until the evening. The hotel showed great understanding and facilitated the room extension without complications. WITHOUT any cost. I am very grateful for that!
Overall, I felt very well taken care of and can gladly recommend the hotel. Thank you very much to the entire team!

Perfect stay with breakfast

Perfect stay: very clean, comfortable and functional. Very calm environment with a balcony (or terrace like me).
Was surprised by the breakfast too (included). Fast connections also to the near regions, have no idea why other guests complained...
Booked right away again for the next weeks.

EINMAL UND NIE WIEDER!

Unvermietbare Zimmer zum vollen Preis abkassiert. Wir informierten das Hotel Noah vorab, dass unsere ausländischen Trauergäste für 2 Nächte logieren wollen und dann diese Zimmer! Ausländische Gäste reisen stundenlang an und das Hotel Noah wusste sogar, dass jemand im Rollstuhl dabei war. Man sollte wissen: Vunerable Personen benötigen noch mehr Ruhe als alle. Bauarbeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe der 3 Doppelzimmer, die für zwei Nächte gebucht waren - und trotz Telefonkontakt und zig Mails - nicht eine Bemerkung seitens des Hotels. Nein, im Gegenteil, sie liessen die Personen anreisen - kassierten gleich ab - und liessen sie persönlich feststellen, dass sie ein Baustelle vorfinden. Sie hielten es nicht einmal für nötig, die Personen an der Reception zu informieren! Unmöglich diese "Gastfreundschaft". Das nennt man "Ausnützen von Personen in einem verwundbaren Zustand". Bei Reklamation unsererseits, mussten wir 2x anhören: er hätte uns als Gäste nicht nötig, er habe keine Pflicht uns vorab zu informieren und er versuchte wiederholt, die Schuld uns zuzuschieben. Das Ganze empfinden wir pietätlos und unverschämt. Wir schämen uns für diese "Schweizer Gastfreundschaft".

Business Hotel - praktisch und frendlich

Das Noah Hotel liegt einen guten Kilometer entfernt vom Zentrum von Rüti. Ein etwas ungewöhnliches Design, ähnelt eher einem Wohngebäude. Der Empfang freundlich, das Zimmer ausreichend groß und praktisch möbliert, inkl. einem bequemen Sessel; das Bad ok, alles gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet gut. Insgesamt ok, aber nichts für einem längeren Aufenthalt.
