One of the best up in the Hills
Bonjour, we have been staying with friends in Ayer for few days.
Yesterday we took a break from skiing and decided to take this walk up the Cabana Bella Tolla for lunch.
Couldn’t have asked for a better friendly and professional service …… as for the food……. Excellent.
Merci and carry on with your brilliant work up there.

An experience not to be repeated
Run away from this place! The comfort of the staff comes before that of the customer! Long wait despite a quiet end to the ski season. The place so pretty should be better exploited.

Chaos and not worth it
The setting is gorgeous. Beautiful views!
Unfortunately the service here is really painful, chaotic and disturbing. The staff has a plastered smile on their face but are borderline rude. It takes an hour to get a drink order. When asked whether the drinks would still arrive, the answer was: we’re in full service. Eum, yes…
We also attended a soecial event in the evening where the number of people was clear days in advance. Still it was chaotic and the food was really below par. There was hair in the potato sakad as well as in the green salad. The meat was incredibly overdone and dry.
It’s a real shame cause the location is perfect

A beer that left itself desired
Today March 19 2:00 p.m. I wanted to go have a beer. I queued behind a very patient gentleman.
The waiter came by. Not a hello, not a look, not “I’ll be there in 2 minutes”.
I approached two gentlemen who were waiting for their beer. When the waiter arrived, I asked where I could sit for a beer, he said to the others: “there’s no room anyway”. I was alone and there were free bar barrels.
I didn't understand. I left.
It may have been a rough day for this server.
But we are off season, during the week. I don't really understand this reception.

We like to visit the Cabane and enjoyed our stay ver much! Great beers, splendid view, wonderful hospitality and huge view on the snowy mountains. Agreat place go rest during a hike or bike tour! The people were very friendly, thank you so much
