For many but not all...

Wonderful! I generally stayed in St Moritz in another glorious establishment. This year arrived to book at the last minute was just out. That brought me here...
Sumptuous, elegant. Great reception. I was greeted by the manager and then accompanied to meet the hotel. Nice nice warm room, three windows on the valley. Comfortable bed, space to work and a mini lounge where you can stop in the afternoon to read a book. Beautiful and functional spa. Rich breakfast and with first choice products. Convenient shuttle service that connects twice every hour with the country.

A fairy tale castle

This hotel has everything one can expect from a five-star establishment.
The building is a true fairy tale castle, decorated with great elegance while maintaining its authenticity.
The view of the mountains from the room upon waking is simply incredible. It is hard to imagine a better way to start the day.
Let’s get to the point: the cuisine is fantastic. Whether it is breakfast or dinner in the refined restaurant, each meal has been a true delight. In addition, there is a service that is both warm and highly professional.
The entire team is perfectly trained and demonstrates exemplary attention, worthy of this establishment, in all services: restaurant, bar, room service, and reception, without any exception.
Everyone here performs remarkable work and ensures that the guests have absolutely nothing to complain about.
It was a true pleasure to stay here. Congratulations to the entire team!
We will certainly return.

Excellent Experience- Highly Recommend

Spacious, beautiful, clean, high quality staff, and probably the nicest spa I have ever seen The attention to detail is exquisite and you are greeted and warmly welcomed by top management. The pride is evident.
Ski in ski out! I would definitely recommend and go back to Survetta House

Unforgettable stay

My first experience in winter at Suvretta House. The location with ski-in ski-out couldn't be better. The experience of reservation, arrival, room, breakfast, lounge, dinner, concierge, wellness at the highest level. The new wellness area - fantastic! Mr. Zanetti's menu creations really deserve their 2 Michelin stars. Perfect service under the direction of Mr Pavesi in the Grand Salon. Breakfast with special requests and extremely attentive service. Congratulations and thank you for the unforgettable stay.
