Objekt Residence nalazi se na samo 300 metara od zapadnog željezničkog kolodvora Interlaken i 500 metara od centra Interlakena te nudi besplatni WiFi. Besplatno parkiralište je dostupno, a supermarket se nalazi na 150 metara.

Should be closed down on health & safety grounds
This place is by far the worst place we have ever booked. 10 minutes was long enough to decide health is more important &we found a clean hotel nearby Dark, Damp, Grubby room with dirty bedding, damaged window, broken lighting, Usb port a rectangular hole with no fitting. Seedy sexual coupling picture on wall more suited to a brothel. Dont be fooled by the pictures like we were (along with others it seems). No tv in room of course but who would want to spent any time in there anyway?
We paid for a private bathroom which turned out to be a separate room with an extremely damp ceiling mottled, smelly, with a rotten wood base.
No security, anyone can walk around at any time of day.
Furniture outdoor looked like it was waiting for a skip.
No travel card offered.
Owner doesnt care, we are just another victim. I am taking this up with booking.com, they were the agent. If they don't do something I cant trust them anymore.
I will also follow up with Interlaken authorities as this is not a good look for an otherwise beautiful town.
Honestly it really is that bad.

Absolutely terrible experience！！！
booked via Booking.com. I was shocked when I walked in — the condition is absolutely disgusting. The lighting is deliberately kept extremely dim to hide how bad everything is. All the furniture is badly worn and peeling.
There are even naked photos of a man and a woman hanging on the wall, which is extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable. The toilet and bathroom are not inside the room but in a separate room next door. To make tea or coffee, you have to go to a shared kitchen to boil water.
Worst of all, the bed sheets and duvet cover look crumpled and it’s unclear whether they’ve been washed or sanitized for guests. When I pulled back the pillowcase, the pillow inside was yellow and stained. The mattress is also extremely soft and saggy.I also spent the entire night freezing because there was no heating at all. To make matters worse, there was a tear in the bed sheet that had been crudely patched up with mismatched thread, which was very obvious to see.
There was no one at the front desk, so I couldn’t complain or request a room change even if I wanted to. After a long day of traveling, all I wanted was a proper rest — this place is a joke. I had to sleep fully clothed.
The only good thing is the location. Otherwise, it’s completely worthless. The owner clearly doesn’t care about complaints because Interlaken is always busy with tourists. The price is not cheap at all, and the real condition nothing like the photos shown on Google.

AVOID THIS AREA!!! SAVE YOUR WALLET AND YOUR HEALTH
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
This was the WORST hotel experience I’ve had, and I grew up poor (nearly homeless).
There is black mold in the bathroom (as seen in the photos) and the entire place smelt like it was rotting from the inside.
The owner doesn’t communicate as well! We saw this location as a “lakeside hotel” but when we arrived at the location, a resident (of the “lakeside” side) said that the owners lie about this being the area so they can get guests. Aka, they catfish you into getting money.
Just remember, if you book this hotel, it could be detrimental to your health and your wallet!

Never again. Booking com and other portals should not offer this accommodation at all.
Sheer disaster.
The booked room was occupied. We were offered another, with a separate bathroom. We refused to do so. So we got an “apartment” 2 minutes from the actual hotel, which was more intimate, but still an imposition.
The table top was just loose on the frame. The faucet in the kitchenette wobbled. The freezer compartment was thickly covered with ice. You couldn't close the blanket because the zipper was broken. On the pillow the same way.
I am angry with myself that I was fooled by the beautiful pictures on the Internet and for once did not read the reviews, for which I was punished. For €100 a night, this is more than just an imposition.
Unfortunately, you cannot award a star.

A nice clean appartment - that's it!
We stayed for two days at Residence Jungfrau. We booked from a different website where it was listed with Hotels and we assumed it to be a hotel - which it is not.
The location is good. It is a 5 mins walk from Interlaken West station.
We got an appartment to stay which had a really spacious room with windows opening up to beautiful mountain views. Besides the main bed which could accommodate all three of us, there was also a bunk bed that could accommodate another two people. Also the Kitchean and dinning area is huge with a lavish sofa that could also sleep a person easily. The appartment has all cutleries, microwave and cooking arrangements. The bathroom is clean - towels are provided.
One thing to note though - the owners are available only between 10.00 - 6.00. Anytime beyond this, you are on your own. When we checked in, we saw three cards were placed at teh main entrance mentioning the names of the guests who were supposed to check in and the respective room numbers and the keys were stuck at the door. So you could literally self check-in.
It is not something to write home about but provides for a decent, clean and spacious accommodation.
