Atmosphere was good- calm and quiet
Room- amazing attention to detail and quality of furniture.
Value- good
Cleanliness- Spotless!
Service- very friendly
I used the hotel as a base for weekend hikes- you can get on trails from the hotels location, you dont have to travel to Zermatt to get on really good and quiet trails.

What a lovely hotel with very helpful staff
The staff and facilities were excellent.
Our room was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The breakfast was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
A great alternative to staying in nearby Zermatt which is a quick train ride away.
The station is opposite the hotel, which is so convenient.
We will certainly stay again!

Breakfast was excellent. Close to the station for the short trip into Zermatt.
