Comfortable hotel in a good location

I really liked this hotel. It’s in a good location only 10 minutes from the main train station and 15 minutes to the lake. The rooms are very comfortable and mine had a fridge. Breakfast is very good.

acceptable stay, but I’d choose a different hotel next time.

The hotel is in a nice location, and the only other positives were the excellent shower and the powerful air conditioning, which was a lifesaver considering the outside temperature was around 40°C.
Noise level ok.
The staff were not particularly friendly, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. Housekeeping was minimal—they changed the towels but didn’t seem to do much actual cleaning.
Breakfast was very disappointing. By 7:00 a.m., they had already run out of omelets, which was surprising and unacceptable for a hotel charging these rates.
Overall, I would rate this as a 3-star hotel at best. It’s significantly overrated and very expensive, although I understand that hotel prices in Geneva are generally high. Even taking that into account, I expected much better value for the money.

I was in Geneva end of June during the heatwave. First accommodation had to be abandoned as it was too hot (no aircon). This property was amazing. Communal area was cool and welcoming. Room was basic (no kettle etc) but the aircon was spot on. Would consider this place again for location, cleanliness and wonderful staff. Free chilled water on pumps at the bar - wonderful touch.

Accommodating, Clean, Friendly and Great Hotel

This hotel was super accommodating! I was here for only 12 hours before traveling and they allowed an early check in so I could sleep. They are super responsive and if you need anything the staff is very friendly. I had Ester as the front desk receptionist and she was amazing she’s warm,very helpful and accommodating. A great front desk receptionist can make the stay so much better and she did! Overall clean and friendly vibe here. I will come back!

Incompetent Front Office Causing Distress

Very bad unorganised front office staff. I booked this hotel for a work colleague’s stay through booking.com. I paid in full via creditcard before check in and paid the city tax at the front desk upon checking in. At check out they demanded payment and refused my colleague at breakfast which was all completely paid for. This was most distressing. He needed to call me and I had to send photos of the receipts and city tax bill at 7 in the morning because of the incompetence of the front office. Not a good experience and can not recommend this property.
