If I return to Zurich I will return to Fred

The most helpful, friendly people. I had a single room: clean; functional; comfortable bed; great shower. One small thing:the reading light next to the bed is badly positioned and I knocked against it in the night. It hurt.
Breakfast was perfect for me; a reasonable selection, good espresso.
I am not a fan of the digital room locking system, awkward but it works.
perfect location between the bus station (for excursions) and the railway station (for getting there and back) and yet absolutely quiet in the room.

Loved staying at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel and rooms were extremely clean. Very comfortable bed. The location is great, close to all transportation and tour buses right across the street.

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The single room could use a second pillow and second towel, both of which I got when asked for them. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was plentiful. The air conditioner was a big plus on the hot days.

Great Place

Very comfortable and clean. The staff was always Pleasant and helpful. Bed was very comfy. Excellent location right across from the main bus station and the train station too.

Great experience, very friendly and professional staff

We booked this hotel because we needed to be next to the station, we were hesitant because it’s a 3 star hotel but it doesn’t seem like 3 star. It was clean, rooms were spacious, coffee 24 hours and even free pastries and sweets. My husband had a knee injury and the staff was very nice to give me ice every time I asked. Beds were very comfortable. A bit noisy between rooms but if you are on vacation it doesn’t really matter. Clean and modern.
