The view photos are fake....They don't speak English....And the internet connect is USELESS

horrible

I arrived on 24 October 2025 from Booking reservation at Guesthouse Lochergut and found the room in a disgusting, uninhabitable state, empty beer canns, dirty floors, trash everywhere, and a very unclean bathroom. The room was clearly not ready for guests.
Had to rebook another accommodation late at night (around 23:00) because it was impossible to stay there. The new booking was much more expensive, and I received no help or refund so far.
Worse, the property never replied to my calls, messages, or emails and still waiting them to come back to me... Completely unacceptable experience.
If you care about hygiene, professionalism, or basic respect for guests, avoid this place.

DON'T STAYE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

That was the worst experience in my life. My key card wasn't working, I tried with replacement cards but none of them worked. When you try to connect with someone, it's impossible, because nobody answer your messages or the hot lime never EVER will answer your calls. I was out of the property for TWO HOURS without any help, I was on my own, in the street. There's a restaurant downstairs of the property, and the staff said it was a guy the day before with the same problem waiting for 4 HOURS!! It's absolutely ridiculous, how careless they are with their customers. Imagine if you have kids and it's cold at night, and you arrived, but you can get inside of the property?? Somebody needs to do something about this accommodation. Because ,people waste time, and money, and psychological talking it's really drain for your mind. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Don't stay at this property.

Fraud

The keycard of the check-in terminal did not work and the accommodation was unavailable. Had to book another accommodation. But what was really brazen: the property made a refund despite requesting a refund, nor did it ever respond to any contact. Since I could never enter the booked room, this is de facto theft.

Associal hotel management and staff accordingly

The TV did not work - so NOT AT ALL. Didn't even start. When I had reached someone from the staff (??) by Whats App call, obviously accidentally,
I was immediately BLOCKED.
Hospitality in the hotel industry is an absolute must. If you don't respect your guests, you're out of place here.
What good is a good outfit if I'm treated like dirt? Wi-Fi number I had also only discovered with detective sense (had to climb on a chair, photograph the number with my mobile phone so I could read it.
Ironing would also not have been possible, as the sockets are unfavorably attached.
