Beautiful historic hotel

I booked this hotel for location & room. In tranquil area but walking distance for sighseeing & transport links. Old town busy so returning back to hotel was bliss. I stayed in room 408 with terrace and view good size and very comfortable. Nice to sit on terrace after busy day with glass of vino. Staff were helpful, friendly nothing to much trouble. Would not hesitate staying again. Highly recommend this gem

We had booked a family room and when we arrived we were given an accessible room. When we raised this the initial response was that was all that was available. When we pushed back they eventually said there would be one available later in the day and they would move us. They then gave us breakfast the following morning as an apology. Thank you @motelone.

Our stay involved extraordinarily hot temperatures by Zürich standards. The AC did not lower or cool the room temperature at all. That is my only complaint. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The temperature was just not comfortable for sleeping.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and very central, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, modern, and well maintained. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
