1. No proper instructions about the property and checkin instrections, the property number is not mentioned anywhere and had to pick from their photo. I had to make an international call to get the second room keys. Why?
2. No proper information nor communication about parking. I did speak to at least 3 other guests and all were struggling with the same.
3. WiFi didn’t work at all, all my planning for the following day is ruined.
4. Bedside lights were not working and had to switch somewhere and walk towards your bed in dark in a new place.
5. Kitchen kettle didn’t work so not even had a coffee.
6. Sink tap was loose and spills water around.
7. Air condition is joke. It simply made noise and didn’t cool the air. And no fan in the hot night.
Ideally I should be getting a full refund for this one night(mare) stay for not using anything and have spent more money coming and staying in this apartment.

worst hotel experience on my travels

prefer to spend the night on the outdoor park bench instead of spending another second there; disgusting ,unhygienic conditions ,broken furniture ,broken room door, ancient bathtub as a shower and worst of all:the “down” duvet was completely covered with large dark yellow/brown spots...which can be booked as a “hotel room” and also at an expensive price : disgusting ,harmful to health !!!! DO NOT book !!!!!!

The location of this hotel close to the city, the airport and the tram line is very convenient.
This was the Hotel Coronado Zurich once, which is now permanently closed on Google. It looks like 2019 is the last time this place was updated.
The torn Swiss flag outside is a sign of what's inside. There is dirt and hair on the floor. There is body hair in the bed and on the bathroom floor. There also is no shower curtain anymore. There is no hand soap. The toilet seat is loose. There is mould on the bathroom ceiling and there are two holes through the front door from the hall, which is directly in front of the bathroom. These holes are just blocked with some crumpled plastic that could easily be pushed out.
The kitchen tap is loose on the sink.
The A/C doesn't work. It barely has fan mode if you turn it on, and then the green error light is too bright to sleep. The road is too noisy to open the window.
The other tenants are noisy with knocking and shouting noises in the early hours of the morning.
Do not book this hotel. It's cheaper than others in Zürich, but you will not be glad you saved the money.

There was no instructions on how and where to collect key.
Smoke smell entire room.
Single person comforter for double bed
Too congested room
Kitchen faucet was loose
Not enough storage place
I would not come here again

To flee

Disrespectful and dishonest telephone staff. She hung up on us 3x. We forgot an audio headset in the room, impossible to recover it.
To flee!!
