The elevator was not working and my room was at 12th floor, the bathroom door was hard to close, the fridge was not working properly, no air conditioning, one day the hot water was not running, also very noisy due to the train station being beside the hotel. Small price for small quantity.

avis :"Terrible experience at Swiss Star Tower Zurich. This hotel has more than 10 floors and the elevator was completely broken, forcing everyone to take the stairs. The property is extremely dirty. It is a self-check-in location, so absolutely no one answers the phone when you need help. Furthermore, the cleaning staff does not speak any language other than Spanish. I would strongly advise against staying here—I wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend or even an enemy."

호텔이 아니고 오피스텔 같은 곳을 airbnb 로 활용하는 숙소였음.
열쇠를 받을 수 없어 한참을 기다렸고, 숙소가 7층인데 엘리베이터가 계속 고장인 상태라서 무거운 캐리어를 계딘으로 들고 다녀야 했음.
2일 숙박을 했는데 2일차에 수건도 교체가 안되었으며 욕실 샤워커튼은 너무 더러웠음.
제일 큰 문제는 숙소가 기찻길옆이라 소음이 너무커서 밤에 잠을 잘 수가 없었음.

I couldn’t get the key, so I had to wait for quite a while, and since the accommodation was on the 7th floor and the elevator was constantly broken, I had to carry my heavy suitcase around in my suitcase.
I stayed for two days, but the towels were not replaced on the second day, and the bathroom shower curtain was very dirty.
The biggest problem was that the accommodation was next to the railway tracks, so the noise was so loud that I couldn’t sleep at night.

Great location and a good size . Bed needs replacing (broken slats had been bridged using an ironing board, but that still left a hole on one side of the bed so it was pretty uncomfortable.

Appalling experience. First the check-in didn't work and we had to wait for the most flegmatic staff member to come "help" us by waving his hands and claiming it isn't his problem. But we finally got in after some back-and-forth. Others were not as lucky as they got told their reservations are "cancelled" even if they had proof of their bookings.
Then we discovered we had a room in floor 6 and the elevator was broken (as it was for the whole day). The staircases were really dirty with grime and cigarette butts.
Then the room itself: it was relatively clean BUT the refrigerator we were promised didn't work BECAUSE THE PLUG COULD NOT BE USED! Several plug outlets were also hanging out of the walls, really safe installations guys.
It was unbearably hot in the room and one could not really open the window as there was a direct access to the next room and the nearby station would make sure you will not sleep peacefully.
Not recommended at all.
