Not so pleasant for us .

This Apartment is decent for families and right there at the metro station however to reach Zurich Main station it can be quite expensive. You either have to take a tram or train.
Firstly we arrived at 2 pm. We requested an early check in but we were declined. We asked them if we could store our bags somewhere but they refused. But strange part was when we were checking out a family kept their bags in the restaurant reception of the complex which also works as help desk for vision apartments. Strange.
We got our code only at 3:13 pm.
They Refused a late check out even if it was for an hour or so.
So in short you have to time yourself for check in and check outs.
The service apartment was clean.
The apartment was very warm for May. They have fans but of no use. Windows barely open.
Since Europe is facing heatwaves lately they should ensure they have proper working fans.
We seen a lot of guests staying in the apartments.
Honestly if you are a visitor in Zurich it’s ideal to stay near the main Zurich station as that’s where all the sightseeing is and you save on the travel bit.
Also once we returned to our apartment and were opening our door we weren’t even loud - the next door neighbour opened the door and asked us to be quiet. We told her we are just entering. It was quite annoying.
You know our Lucerne service apartment allowed us an early check in , we asked for toiletries they delivered. Small requests like these can make a difference in your whole holiday and that’s what I call service. Over all it was an ok stay definitely not pleasant.

Not a place to stay during the summer months, hot, hot and hot. Apt gives you a very small fan which is not sufficient, if you leave windows open, spiders and other bugs will crawl into your luggage.

I am very disappointed by the service personnel at the reception. Zero empathy for family

Not a great place to stay for family or even solo. Fans are a joke in the apartment in this summer heat, no help from the staff to get extra fan. If you leave windows open, spiders and other bug will craw into your room including open luggage and train noice will keep you awake.
Not recommended.

OK, met our needs - room was very hot though, so it was a shame there was no option to control the temp.
