Best hotel in Dushanbe

Great hotel, best staff, thanks to Muhamad and Intisor (reception), Zamira (maid) and of course the kitchen is just wonderful!
We'll definitely be back from Paris!

It was a good hotel with medium breakfast and it was really clean and had the things we expected to have

We ordered a three bed room and they gave us one with a sofa they turns to bed and a bedroom in an seperate room and also you had a view of town from up there but there were an other family with us that didn’t exactly got the room they wanted

Great value location and service

Spotlessly clean property with very comfortable room. Bathroom was clean with nice shower. Extremely friendly communication and welcome by the helpful Bonu.
Breakfast and airport transfers available.

4 star hotel with wonderfull staff

We were a group for fashion week of Tajikestan . Almost all our group had booked Ferdowsi hotel but I reserved Baland hotel regarding her free airport transportation .when we received the hotel we found both hotels located in one building . We were 7 days in Baland that almost were okay . Hotel location is accessable to major visiable locations like as Rudaki park , Eyni street , Esmail Samani statue ... several restaurants are located near the hotel in few minutes distance . Weak points of the hotel is breakfast quality and location that need modify and prompoted . The great adventage of the hotel is receiption staff who are too helpfull , polite ,.... I would like to appreciate Ms. Madina, Ms. Dilnaza , Mr. Surush who helped us beyond my imagination . In my return to air port I left my pass ports, money ,... in taxi that by thier help I received all in less than half an hour . I would like recommend Baland hotel as best 4 star hotel in Dushanbeh due to wonderful staff .
