Great hotel, on the beach, lovely rooms. Food in the restaurant was delicious.

Choose another hotel on the island

The only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the beautiful sea.
We arrived before 2:00 p.m. and while we were waiting to check in we went to change into swimwear in the hotel's communal bathroom. All the toilet stalls were terrified. Or poop or bloody papers. The smell was wild. The daughter threw up right there (and she's not a softie). We had a two-bedroom room. It was very dark in both rooms, the mattresses so shaky that I almost fell when I got off him. All the sides are pressed, that it's not a mattress, it's a slide. There's a lot of black mold in the bathroom. A bunch of mosquitoes. The ashtray couldn't stand all the days it was there. Security is zero. In our absence, a mirror fell off the wall. When we got back, the daughter came in first and without seeing it in the dark stepped on him and hurt his leg. In the end, we were made to pay for it with threats to summon the people concerned to deal with us. Freezing for a long time until we agreed to at least keep the deposit. There are hotels nearby much more worthy than that.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty simple, no live cooking station for example.
Rooms are a bit outdated but clean and simple.
Good location 1 min to beach. I would like to see free access to sun beds at the beach since the sister hotel have both access to our pool and beach, not a big cost but for a week with whole family it close to 3000bath just for sun beds at the beach.
Resturant in the hotel area by the beach kept good quality of the dishes.
In the end with the campain price it was a value for the money

Just okay, not too good with customer service and lack of emergency accommodation.

The hotel staff are not very friendly; they don't speak a whole lot of English. Room was okay, clean but need to be upgraded. They need to have First Aid supplies to accommodate unexpected accidents. I was cut very deep by the rocks under the water from swimming, but the hotel didn't have any first aid supplies to stop the bleeding. Luckily the ladies who worked on the beach helped me by giving me antibacterial medicine and Betadine to stop the bleeding.
There was a very rude young lady who served at the egg station at breakfast. She wasn't friendly and didn't have a smile on her face. She was short and rude to many customers. I am not sure she was half asleep or didn't sleep enough, but she looked really unpleasant and unhappy.
