Best host

Our stay was wonderful! The perfect budget stay and so close to the beach and practically inside the national park! The host was the best I’ve had in Thailand. He was so helpful! I left behind two bracelets and he sent them over to Bangkok the next day, phenomenal!

can do better

the best: Quiet, close to nature. The setting is wonderful. We saw many birds.
cons: the establishment is out of the way. Need to have a car because no breakfast (coffee/tea only available) or restaurant.
No daily cleaning. The room trash cans weren't even emptied and we stayed 3 nights (hello smell!)
Almost invisible owners...
Expensive for what it is.

Perfect Place to Relax

Stayed in one of the 3 chalets next to the lake. It was really cool in the evening and we slept with the windows open with the sounds of nature serenading us to sleep.
Close to the Boat Ride Ranger Station No 4 (about 10 - 15 mins by car) - got the boat ride around the Bueng Bua Marsh to see the lotus flowers in bloom.
About 5 mins drive away to the beach. Convenient location!
One of the owners Annie was very friendly and made us feel at home during our brief stay there.

Quite. Cheap. Good!

Good place to rest: quite, far away from all big cities. It is quite cheap. Just 1 or 2 rooms has air-conditioners, but the rest has a fan. Nothing much to do there. So, it's mainly to sleep or to chill. Owner is a nice and friendly guy.

Amazing Stay in the Heart of Nature

I loved everything about this stay, the scenery was incredible and the bungalows were airy and comfy. I particularly loved the sounds of the catfish coming up to the surface of the lake at night. The staff are very welcoming and kind, even showing me a few secret view points at sunset which was beautiful. Delicious breakfast everyday and a great place from which to visit Khao Sam Roi Yot National Park and Kui Buri National Park. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience and for being so kind to a first time solo traveller!
