Good choice

Again a very nice stay close to the river and a 7 min walk to bts saphan taksin which can be shorten by one of the many buses running there. Nice massage area down the main road with the cheapest river massages u can find in Bangkok. Rooms are nice with kitchenette.

Bkk Home base

Every time I am in bangkok this will be my homebase. Frank is a Great Host and Building and the apartments are full of light and fresh. Comfortable stay always.there is a little kitchenette in each room. There are busses at the main road 200m away and the next BTS station is a 10 min walk.

Great place to stay

The hotel is tucked away on Soi 65 off Charoen Krung road but is a little gem. Rooms nicely decorated and with en suite showers (plus kitchen units in mine). Frank the owner is a really great guy, approachable and helpful. The BTS at Saphan Taksin is a walk of approx 10 to 15 minutes along Charoen Krung but easy to do. No problem with noise at night and with electronic key fob you can enter and leave at any hour of the day or night. A few temples in the local area along with some nice small restaurants and plenty of street food if you want to cut the costs and enjoy the real Thai cuisine. Boats to the Grand Palace and What Pho leave from next to the BTS station at Saphan Taksin. Not sure if I should advertise Baan 192 too much as it is already popular with guests and I want to go back some time.

Nice & Quiet in BKK

I loved it, close to BTS station Silom Line & the pier, the owner is so kind and the area is quiet.
There's a laundry area in the terrace with some tropical plants, the room design is scandinavian / minimal. The perfect studio apartment in BKK.

Newish appartments

It is my perfect homebase when in bangkok situated with a typical bangkok neighbourhood near public transport. Shops and good restaurants around. Nearest bts is saphan taksin 10min away. Busses and ferries are closed by.
