Fantastic hotel and amazing breakfast at 76th floor
we have booked 4 rooms in the month of august its family trip with kids-room no4915-16 & 4304-05, rooms are good big, bathrooms are big u can play. reception is on 16th floor and breakfast serve at 76th floor, breakfast is good, lots of verity is there kid will enjoy, swimming pool is also good heated water little salty. over all good hotel for vacation in the pratuman area, where u can shop at night market. hotel staff are very polite. for more information u can msg me

Very bad experience
We arrived today (4/8) with our family and booked a Superior Suite for three nights. The first room looked like it was straight out of a horror movie. Everything was old and worn out, there was a strange smell everywhere, and the refrigerator smelled like old fish. The furniture looked like it was from the 1980s and was heavily worn.
It was quite surprising for a 4-star hotel. The pillows had strange stains on them (hopefully it wasn't blood).
The staff at reception apologized and offered us a different room. The second room was better (at least it didn't have the strange smell), but it had very small windows on the 35th floor , so the view wasn't great either.
We decided to stay for one night because we didn't feel like looking for another hotel in the evening.
I can't recommend this hotel. It's a poor-quality hotel for a price that definitely isn't cheap.

Since yesterday, your feedback has seriously been carried on for rectification by those related department heads for the urgent rectification. Nonetheless, as we have explained that the makeover of guest rooms and public areas is now in the progress for the more modern look and more comfort but since the work has to be done behind the public sight and to be avoided with all disturbances of the refurbishing process, it will take a bit of time to cover all areas.

Disgusting room
We booked the lux room and came in and felt disgusted. It was really dirty the pillow was also dirty inside. Don’t recommend this hotel. Also the fridge smelled fish

Wonderful stay !
We had a wonderful stay at Bayoike hotel . The staff were very kind , friendly, and accomodatimg specially Maam Irma at 18th floor restaurant who was such a great help during our stay ! Kudos to her !
The view from the deck was amazing too , great food and the location was very convenient if you love to shop at tje malls and local markets . Overall we enjoyed our stay ! I would definitely book this hotel again

enjoyed our stay
we stayed in baiyoke sky for 3 nights and we are quite happy with our stay
Our package comes with a free breakfast from.the coffee shop, thr choice was great and staff we great as well, our server was named Irma, such a friendly and attentive to our requests.
