The hotel is located on Sukhumvit Soi 5, close to the Nana and Phloen Chit BTS stations—just a few steps away. However, once inside, it's very quiet and private.
The room I stayed in this time was incredibly spacious and comfortable. It was decorated in a contemporary style, sleek and chic, with excellent room layout. The bed was thick and incredibly comfortable – truly amazing! There was also a work desk and a cozy lounge area for relaxing. The space felt airy and not cramped at all.
The hotel's outdoor swimming pool has a fantastic atmosphere. Whether you want to sunbathe, read a book, or relax with a swim amidst the stunning views of the surrounding skyscrapers, it's incredibly refreshing. There's also a fully equipped fitness center.
In addition, the hotel has restaurants and cafes available, making it very convenient without having to go anywhere else.

Used to come to this hotel regularly in the past. It was an excellent hotel but now is rundown and tired. Staff try their best however the establishment lets them down. Well past its best, stained carpets, ripped curtains, tiles missing in the pool and generally very grimy. On arrival our room was not ready (even though we arrived late afternoon). They rushed to clean the room however it was clear that they hadn’t had the time to do it properly. We had to wait in the lobby while they recleaned. To be fair we got offered some compensation of food and drink in the restaurant. The lobby of the hotel is constantly filled with groups of bored women and children. The street outside is very unkept and already very convenient for the BTS, it becomes very crowded and busy both with people and traffic, many of whom are visiting the nearby ‘lonely man street’! In short, staff are trying their hardest however I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel in the city, convenient for easily reaching the tourist destinations of Bangkok; nearby subway stop; parks just steps away.
Large rooms, good cleanliness; perhaps the breakfast offering needs to be reviewed, too focused on only savory Eastern flavors (tandoori chicken, etc.); considering it is an international hotel, some more local flavors would be appreciated
