Our stay at Cascade was excellent! The staff was very kind and helpful. Every staff member that we encountered was so welcoming. The room was quite comfortable. We had two single beds for me and my son. Super clean. The shower water pressure was incredibly good! The pool was great but for some reason my son and I were the only people to swim during our 5 day stay. The hotel is super close to the BTS (3 min walk) and you can easily take the gold line to IconSiam and be there in about 10 minutes. A 15 minute BTS ride has right in the heart of BKK but staying at Cascade keeps you the perfect distance from the chaos. Cascade also makes it easy to get to the “Big Buddha” and you can just see it from the rooftop restaurant. We did not eat at the hotel so no comment there. Plenty of super local eats and massage nearby. I would stay here again no doubt.

Service is good and room is clean. Easy to walk to two BTS stations to go to Icon Siam and Siam paragon/central world.

I recently stayed at a stunning hotel that exceeded my expectations in every way. The property has a sophisticated, posh ambiance that instantly sets the tone for a luxurious stay. One of the standout features is the gorgeous pool, which is surrounded by stylish loungers and lush greenery, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The café adjacent to the pool offers delicious drinks and pastries, adding to the laid-back yet upscale vibe.
Location-wise, the hotel is incredibly convenient. The BTS station is just a few minutes’ walk away, making it easy to explore the city. Right next door, there’s a fantastic restaurant serving a variety of dishes and a 7-11 for any quick snacks or essentials you might need.
The staff were another highlight of my stay. They were not only friendly and professional but also multilingual, speaking Mandarin, English, and Thai fluently, which made communication effortless for a diverse range of guests.
Overall, this hotel perfectly balances style, convenience, and comfort. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, it’s a wonderful choice that guarantees a memorable stay.

Amazing and kind staff that always go above and beyond. Rooms are cleaned very thoroughly, and present quite modern. Some of the amenity areas and the personal bathrooms are starting to get a little tired though, and need a bit more of a thorough clean. The included breakfast was quite low quality. Very cost effective. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

I recommend it unequivocally!!!

We were left with a very nice impression of the hotel. Very good location. Very close to the BTS station, you can walk to the large shopping mall Ikon Siam. Clean rooms, bed linen, towels. A helpful and pleasant staff. There's a pool. There are small food markets in the area by evening. Great city hotel!!!
